How do you feel about yourself right now? Are you now working in a respectable company? Are you currently living in a nice house earning RM4K per month? Or are you only 25 years old but already married and being bless with a child?
Getting back to the main question, how do you feel right now? Satisfied with life or do you fell that you just living under a fake smile.
If you are happy and feel bless although you are only earning less than RM2000 per month that a success compare in living a life of lies earning more than RM4000 but had to face many problem before getting the paycheck. That is absolute failure.
According to a researcher, living in KL an individual need to earn more than RM3000 per month to lead a decent life. People who is working as an employee only spend at most 10 hours daily working under an employer. This include lunch break and also the time taken for a person to arrive to work and going home. To summarize it, the working days is only five days per week. Therefore this person spent only 50 hours over 168 hours per week. If that person own a Diploma they can earn around RM1600 in nett income excluding the EPF benefit of RM400 monthly. If that person own a Degree they can earn around RM2100 in nett income excluding the EPF benefit of RM600 monthly. With much time left and making money is not an issue, this person can be successful or failing because of this one thing.
Getting back on the calculation, a person only spend 10 hours of their time working under an employer. That left us with 14 hours of time. A healthy person need only 6 hours of sleep and doing the calculation the person still left with 8 hours to spend. Within 8 hours a guy can watch four continuous football matches, a girls can do her make up eight times and a kid can make new friends while learning many thing that occur around them. So do you already know what the one thing that distinguish between success and failure?
Still don't get that one thing? It is easy, it is time management. A person who can manage their time wisely is like managing a mine full of gold. As the saying goes, 'time is gold'. Opportunities are many outside there it is just the matter of us to grab it or let others have it. Remember that we got 8 hours of free time excluding the weekends. Within that 8 hours we can earn extra income up to RM1000 monthly or maybe we can even contribute significantly to others within that 8 hours.
Nothing much can be change if we are working 10 hours under an employer. All we need to do is always had our best attitude in the workplace. Furthermore, working under an employer mean we are the worker that need to obey the boss. This term is also known as full time career and they are pressure along it. Different if we are working as part time at night or running a small business on our own. The main different of working full time under an employer and working as part time at night is the pressure. Some even quit their full time job to focus more on this part time job or their own business. It is already stated in the Al-Quran where 9/10 of the income come from business.
There are a saying, 'If you want it, than you can get it'. The most easiest and nobility job that can be done as a part time at night is private home tutor. The pay for this job is lucrative where the payment can be up to RM60 per hour. If for example a person do private home tuition 10 hours per week then this person can earn RM2400 nett monthly. Furthermore this is job that contribute to the society where it can enhance the quality of student taking exam. Other part time job is running a burger stall, part time night shopkeeper and working at weekend cafeteria. All this job offer high value of income per hour but usually earning less that a full time job. That why it is call a part time job.
