The One Thing That Distinguish Between Success and Failure

How do you feel about yourself right now? Are you now working in a respectable company? Are you currently living in a nice house earning RM4K per month? Or are you only 25 years old but already married and being bless with a child?

Getting back to the main question, how do you feel right now? Satisfied with life or do you fell that you just living under a fake smile.

If you are happy and feel bless although you are only earning less than RM2000 per month that a success compare in living a life of lies earning more than RM4000 but had to face many problem before getting the paycheck. That is absolute failure.

According to a researcher, living in KL an individual need to earn more than RM3000 per month to lead a decent life. People who is working as an employee only spend at most 10 hours daily working under an employer. This include lunch break and also the time taken for a person to arrive to work and going home. To summarize it, the working days is only five days per week. Therefore this person spent only 50 hours over 168 hours per week. If that person own a Diploma they can earn around RM1600 in nett income excluding the EPF benefit of RM400 monthly. If that person own a Degree they can earn around RM2100 in nett income excluding the EPF benefit of RM600 monthly. With much time left and making money is not an issue, this person can be successful or failing because of this one thing.

Our destiny is in our hand. Now I'm not an employee but an employer of myself. Now I'm at a cafe surrounded by people who are also working for themselves. Many discussing about business opportunities and some are talking about chances that need to be grab out there. This is all people with monthly income more than ten tounsand who are own bungalows in Damansara and drove expensive cars around. Their appearance is only with a collar t-shirt and a short pant.

One thing for sure, all these people do not achieve this easily and it takes determination and patience. It really consume time and it is true because all these people seem to be on their mid 40's at least. One more thing for sure, if you want to become freedom in term of financial or life you must become your own boss.

Perception

Salam and good morning to all the readers of this blog. This morning I would like to evaluate and derive the meaning of perception. Perception is a very influential word and it is really related with our own life. The meaning of perception can be define as thoughts/ideas that been implemented to our mind to believes that thoughts/ideas is true although it isn't. For example, are you being afraid of ghost? Certainly most of the answers is afraid of ghost but what make us afraid of it? We haven't see a ghost so why we should be afraid? This is because since childhood we had been told that ghost are scary and therefore our perception on ghost will eventually go on the bad side.

Perception also influence our people regarding continuing career. Did you realize it take about 20 years of studying before becoming a doctor! People especially parent really controlling their child even thou the child isn't interested. This could create tremendous pressure to child and eventually can contribute to wrong path of life. This is because people have the perception that you have to own a certificate so that you can succeed in life. Truthfully, many of the riches of the world even doesn't have any certificate and some even can not read but they succeed in entrepreneurship due to taken opportunities, hard work, got plenty of time and etc.

The message here is not that spending time studying to get certificate is not good but the perception of people that a person who own a certificate that make business such as blogging instead working on his/her field is wrong must be change. Hope the message can change the perception of people regarding the matter. This is just facts and ideas that been derive by me, an Engineer with Bachelor Degree and also an Entrepreneur as a Wealth Planner.
